Maxcine: I've always loved sport, I did a lot of sports at school with a focus on soccer and hockey. After leaving school the gym became my fitness avenue while studying. What is your favourite training style? Maxcine: I do a mix of cardiovascular and strength training. When are we most likely to catch you in the gym? Maxcine: I used to train in the afternoons but I have recently realized training in the morning before work is a lot better and I'm really enjoying it! Do you have fitness influencers you admire? Maxcine: Not really but I am currently following a program by the booty King on instagram and its been awesome! Getting great results from the gym and eating plan! What do you like to get up to in your spare time?
