17.01.2022 2 weeks ago I injured my shoulder really bad. Everyone at my gym saw how much in pain I was in. I couldn't even lift my arm up at all even without any weights in my hand. It was so bad that I even was thinking I had to pull out of my competition I couldn't pose at all. But Becky Lee came to the rescue she worked on my shoulder once and in 2 days I was in full action again. I'm very picky on who works on my body or touches it but I'm clad Becky worked on it and fixed it. If ...you have any injuries make sure you contact her I highly recommend her. To all Empire Fitness members Becky will soon start treating everyone from the gym after Easter one day a week. Now that I'm all fixed up it's time to go to Sydney and take on all the amazing athletes and have lots of fun on Sunday 28th March. 13.01.2022 this is Josh he is 16 years of age he is squatting 110kg and earlier he squatted 130kg I'm very proud of you mate keep training hard but always training very smart no need for big egos and hurting ourselves. We always train smarter so we keep training till we are 80 if we want. I have 4 awesome members between 75 and 80 years of age that come in every morning at 9am and train for 90 minutes every day and I believe that's the best thing they could ever do for their health being.

06.01.2022 Hello Everyone This is Paul. I have never begged anyone for anything in my life until now I'm going to beg you all for the first time. PLEASE If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms PLEASE DON'T COME TO THE GYM and put all of your friends at the gym at risk until you are tested and cleared. I'm begging you all to please do the right thing and don't be silly about it. Everyone has been great since we have opened again and we want it to stay that way. Thank you all very much for doing the right thing and keeping us all safe.

03.01.2022 Sorry for the bad news as you all know Victoria is going back into lock down for 5 days. You will be able to train until 11.30pm tonight and the gym will close until Thursday morning 6.30am. Hang in there everyone stay strong positive and focused on your goals just because we're in lock down it doesn't mean what the hell let's eat and drink what ever. You all have trained so hard and changed yourselves so much for the better so don't waste all your hard work. As for all memberships there will be put on hold and for the next 5 days no one will be charged anything. And for the paid upfront memberships I have already added 1 week extra. So no one is going to lose out in anyway.
