21.01.2022 How hydrated are you? . Did you know hydration is the key to happy, healthy cells? Without water a human will usually only live for a mere 3 days. So essential is this liquid to survival that we actually need it more than food. But you know whats crazy!!? Soooo many people drink less than the minimum amount of water required each day.. but everyone finds space for food dont they!? However.. just drinking water alone does not necssarily mean the cells of your body are b...eing hydrated. Cells are like grapes. When they're dehydrated they turn into sultanas. This is not only a lack of water but can be the result of lack of minerals, poor gland function and often due to chronic stress, trauma, excess caffeine and alcohol. 17.01.2022 GET IT DONE TUESDAY . Over thinking and procrastinating as are annoying, horrible things. But we let them effect us. They can stop you from doing just about everything. They are useless and not even realistic. Here is some inspo to just get off your bum today and go do some exercise. Don't think about it, just do it!! 04.01.2022 Lets talk about FOOD!!! . The food over here in thailand is A M A Z I N G!! Everything is super fresh and made from scratch. I have noticed since being over here that I am less bloated. I havent been eating any bread or diary but not purposely. ... For many of us, I know that food is the hardest part and guess what!?? Abs and definition are totally reliant on the type of foods you are eating and how much of it. A big reason as to why I have chosen to be a brand ambassador for the botanical drops is because they assist in making the HARD things easier! So things like; - Sleep - Energy levels - Cravings - Boost metabolism When getting started on a health journey, the above things can be extremely hard to manage. Infact they are the underlying causes of weight gain that basically keep majority of people stuck, orrrrrr after losing weight they are so easy to give in to. Do you agree?? To get a hold of these does require some discipline. It requires a plan and consistency. But all that is involved in weightloss, fatloss, journey to better habits and over all health is always 100% worth it
