He asked for something to showcase all his memorabilia that are one offs, and something that can make a statement. So I let my Imagination go to work, and this is what we came up with. -We had Adam from Adam Haar Electrical to install all Electrics to light up the place -We installed a weather seal to all perimeter walls between the colour bond and concrete so no issues with Moisture -Then installed new 28 mm furring channel to the ceiling space for new framework for ceiling -Installed new 76 mm stud and track for wall frame. -Removal of old roller door -Installed new sliding door -Installed timber plywood to walls to hang all memorabilia before plasterboard -Installed 3.5 R insulation to ceiling and 2.5R to wall areas for that cosy Comfort in summer and winter -Install 10mm span plasterboard to ceiling and all walls -Plaster setting with 3 coats to all areas -Finished with a light sand -installed black plastic to concrete before installing vinyl planks -installed new vinyl planks to floor space -Install new skirting boards and architraves around new sliding window -painting all new work with one coat of sealer two coats of ceiling flat white and two coats of low sheen white walls and skirting boards -rubbish removal and cleaning ready to install pool table, pinball machines and memorabilia. -Installed all memorabilia to walls leaving ready to enjoy.
