21.01.2022 How do people feel about the changes being made to Job Services Australia soon to be called "Jobactive" on the 1st of July? Do you think this will make a difference to our unemployment rate? I worked for a JSA about a year ago and we were given 3 minutes per person to help them find employment, talk about any barriers they may be facing and do a Employment Pathway Plan which is basically a contract for a job seeker to follow in order to continue getting payments. How many of these job seekers do you think got the support they required to help gain employment? I know not one of my job seekers did hence the reason we set this business up! And now we are going to have less job services available to help our growing unemployment rate does this mean people only get 2 minutes of time now?
