24.01.2022 As a coach you always priorise your athletes training over your own but since this shutdown and the closing of my gym I've tried to stay positive. And for the f...irst time in ages have focussed on my training and fitness to hopefully be better prepared to again create the best athlete I can for the future of wrestling in Australia. I've gained 2kgs and upped my pb's in a variety of exercises. It's amazing what free time can do. If we put our minds to it we will all come out of this isolation better prepared for the reboot of life in the future.

Junior wrestling with Coach Nate Brown (4-9yr olds) 9:30-10:15am Colts/Senior Wrestling... with Coach Tom Barns (15yrs and up) 10:30 -12 noon Judo for wrestling with Coach Darcy Manuel (all ages) 12 noon - 1:00pm Sports Yoga with Coach Marie Martin 1:15 - 2:15pm And finally Masters Wrestling with yours truly. 2:15 - 3:30pm (strictly technique - no live wrestling) All see you all there! 07.01.2022 It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to share some techniques and progressions with this fabulous group of athletes. At this club you will find fathers an...d sons training together, brothers engaging in friendly banter, beginners mixing with black belts in a family environment and all revelling in their chosen passion in such a beautifully respectful way.
