20.01.2022 So as we have reopened our doors this week after a short break & dived straight back into it we totally forgot that today is the one year anniversary of the opening of our new space. (Luckily we were reminded by one of our very awesome yogi/training friends ) So crazy that one year has flown by up here since the reno from pub to PT/Yoga studio & we love the whole cosy feel up here & very happy we made the move. & the fact that last year was our busiest yet we think that our ...clients & members agree that it’s a ripper spot to hang out too. Going from the 2 seperate spaces for PT & Yoga to one has worked well & who knows maybe there might be a little add-on in the pipeline in 2021. 18.01.2022 Although I have been encouraging nasal breathing in my classes teaching yoga over the past 7-8years, last year during our shutdown I completed the Functional Breathing course with Oxygen Advantage & my mind was blown away. There’s so much more to breathing functionally or dysfunctionally & so glad I now have a broader knowledge base around the science of it all. The first part of this year will see our first workshops for 2021 beginning with 2 functional breathing workshops.... Dates will follow soon. Cannot wait to share this with you all. Cheers Trudi

The perfect antidote to our modern day fast paced lifestyles. ... On the outside kinda looks like you’re doing nothing but on the inside there’s a whole lot of magic happening there underneath the surface. The concept is we shape our body to access the area we would like to target in a really passive way & stay there, relaxed over 3-5 mins. What this does is creates an environment to enhance the health of our connective tissue, quality of our breathing, parasympathetic nervous system & energy pathways. Explore techniques on how to stay calm, focused & breathe lightly & allow yourself to sit comfortably amidst the sometimes uncomfortableness that being still can evoke. Each pose serves to be like a mini meditation & is a wonderful introduction to meditation techniques. Doing less instead of more is what makes it so potent & profound. Bookings are essential. 07.01.2022 Heyyyy there!!! These are the faces of pure joy. This pic was taken yesterday with intention to post a quick hello & let you all know that we are still here & to express our excitement that we would be re-opening for studio appointments & classes in a few weeks,,, & then today happened & we found out we can have our clients back hanging out with us as early as tomorrow 12 noon. How quickly things change.. We had a feeling this would happen,, that gut feeling we would be b...ack sooner than announced & its bloody happened!! the power of optimism has prevailed & we are literally jumping out of our skin. Pauly's been busy training in our outdoor space but is looking forward to being back training in our beautiful studio space tomorrow lunch time. We have been preparing for our imminent re-opening for some time & so we have all protocols in place & are ready for action. We have always & will continue to make our clients & members health & well-being our utmost priority. Our small group studio Yoga & Pilates classes will resume over the coming few weeks, but will post re this over next few days.
