25.01.2022 Hi Empowered Fitness Family We are deeply sad to announce that we will be closed for the 5 day lockdown as of 6pm tonight. We would like to thank everyone for their continuing support of our club and for being patient throughout the situation that we are in. We are sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused, we know that we are gathering huge momentum and that many of us are on track with our training, nutrition and routine.
