23.01.2022 Daily Devotion 10 April 2021 Psalms 18:30-32... As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God? It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect. Gods power is manifested through His word. All that God does is done through the power of His word. By His word God created all things that we see and His power is visible in this creations. His word is tried and tested. He is a sure shield to all who trust in Him. Everything in the world that we see will change but Gods word will not change. The power and promises of Gods word is available to those who trust in this word. Those who have their hope in Gods word will not be put to shame. Gods word will strengthen them to overcome every challenge they face and make their ways victorious. Those who wait upon the Lord will receive strength, this is supernatural strength. Through this strength we can do the things we thought we cannot do, or even the world thought we cannot do. Today, as we begin our day, let's seek God , His word and His strength. He is a shield, a protector of those who seek Him. Let's this assurance fill your heart with joy and peace. The Lord richly bless you. Shalom! Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

23.01.2022 Daily Devotion 5 February 2021 Daniel 11:32... Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits. The book of Daniel reveals to us prophecies of the end times. It brings to light the challenging times that are in store and how the wicked one will try to take control on the people of God. It all culminates in a fierce battle which had been highlighted in other prophetic books of the Bible. In the midst of the prophecy, Holy Spirit reveals a great truth which is very relevant to us today. It's about knowing God and receiving our strength from the Lord to undertake exploits for the Kingdom of God. The word reveals that we have the power to thrive in any difficult situation. Our calling is to be victorious through Jesus our Lord in every situation ( 1 Cor 15:57). The knowledge about God, His word and His promises gives us strengths to do exploits. This is a secret which has been revealed to us. We might face challenging situations, but in all of them we have the ability to be victorious through Jesus our Lord. We can truly say , that ," I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength ( Phil 4:13). Be encountered dear friend, Gods will is to prosper you in every situation. He wants you to seek Him and know Him more closely, so that you can draw strength from His word and His presence and be an overcomer. All of God's power and ability is available for you to draw upon as you trust Him in each of your trials. Talk to Him, and let Him know that you love Him and are seeking to follow Him. May your life be an example to many who will seek to follow Jesus. Blessings and peace be multiplied in your life. Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

21.01.2022 Daily Devotion 4 Feb 2021 Matthew 6:34... Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Anxiety is a silent killer. It takes over the life of people and makes them into something they are not. It takes your peace, your passion, your joy, your relationships, your identity and ultimately takes you. A person who is effected with anxiety is alive, but dead inside. While it's human nature to be concerned about things, it's dangerous to be concerned or worried about things you can't control. While we worry, we live in the past or try to solve the problems of the future, never giving an opportunity to be alive in the present. We can't get back our yesterday, nor are we assured of our tomorrows. All we have is today, that's why its called the present, and it's a gift. God intends the best for us, and Jesus came to bring us the best from God. The heart of God desires that we are fully alive in the present and enjoy the gift, as we learn to trust Him and put our cares on Him. A life of dependency is what the Lord desires of us. So, stop the worrying. Learn to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. You may not have the ability to change things in your life, but we have a God with whom all things are possible. He is El Shadai- the almighty. Trusting in the Lord is an act of faith, which declares that I will not allow anxiety to rule over me. I trust in the Lord and will live in the present while I cast my cares upon Him. Let His peace rule your hearts. Shalom! Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

14.01.2022 Daily Devotion 6 Feb 2021 Psalms 18:3... I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies The Psalmist here enlightens us with the mighty hand of God that destroys our enemies, when we call upon Him and praise His name. The enemy here is the spiritual forces of darkness that constantly stands against us to oppose us and prevent us from doing what the Lord wants us to do. Praise is a weapon of warfare, which the Lord has given to us. When we praise God and exalt His name, we are enthroning God. We are giving God His rightful place in the midst of our challenges. God rules from His throne and through His word destroys all the works of the enemy. Both praise and prayer require us to actively use our faith together with opening our mouth and using the power of our words to pray and praise. The devil always tries to keep us in the yoke of depression to prevent us from opening our mouth. The devil is aware of his fate when someone starts praying and praising God. So he does overtime to keep your mouths closed. But not today. This is the day of victory. The day that the Lord has made and we are going to rejoice in Him. This is the day when God is arising and scattering all His enemies. This is the day of deliverance and freedom. A day to remember, as we start operating in our spiritual gifting by praying and praising God. So let's be vigilant and resist the devil and lift up our prayer and praises. We will not be limited by our feelings, rather we live by faith. And it's faith that moves the mountains. The Lord bless your day! Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

09.01.2022 Daily Devotion 9 April 2021 1 John 2:27... But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. Jesus promised us the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, which is part of the triune God. The Holy Spirit is not a force but a person. He is a gentle person and does not push His agenda on anyone. He always wants to talk to us and tell us more about God and His ways. Holy Spirit is a teacher, and has the ability to impart knowledge that is divine and powerful. A person taught by the Holy Spirit will reveal characteristics of the Holy Spirit. The primary revelation in the person is humility. Because the Holy Spirit only dwells with the humble and can only teach a humble person. The teaching from the Holy Spirit will lead us to deeper abiding (fellowship) with God. A person who had learnt to be obedient to the voice of the Holy Spirit, starts to witness transformation in their lives. Things they did, which was against the will of God, they do that no longer. The change is evident and visible to all. It's the choice of obedience that brings that change. As hearing alone does not change us. A person who is influenced by the Holy Spirit is a blessing to their family, community, church and workplace. As they will start to operate in the Spirit of humility and excellence. Let's desire this more and more these days and ask the Holy Spirit to teach us. Because He teaches all who call to Him. May your day be filled with the peace from the Lord! Shalom! 09.01.2022 Daily Devotion Feb 9 2021 1 Chronicles 11:9 (NIV)... And David became more and more powerful, because the LORD Almighty was with him. The story of David's life is a reminder of the call and election of God. David was a humble shepherd boy, but the Lord had His eyes on David and lifted him to be the King of Israel. There was season in the life of David, between his anointing as king and actually becoming the king, that was marked with challenges and struggles. But ,the Lord was with David in all his challenges and empowered him to overcome all of them. As the word says, if God is for us, who can be against us. This was also the case for David, the Lords presence in his life was the silver lining in all his struggles. The secret to a successful life is having Jesus on our side. Life can take many turns and bring us to all sorts of challenges, but His presence will give us the victory in every situation. You will be in the fire, but the fire will not burn you. Yes, you will go through floods of water, but you will not drown. The everlasting hands that created the universe holds you, and He will never allow you to fall. Today chose to walk with Jesus. Never leave His side, He is all that you need in this life. People may forget you, but Jesus will never. He is a true friend who will stick with you. Tell Him that you love Him and let His sweet fellowship enrapture you always. You will be victorious always and in every situation. Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

07.01.2022 Daily Devotion 7 April 2021 Psa 77:11 Psa 77:12... I will remember the works of the LORD; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all Your work, And talk of Your deeds. Gratitude is an attitude which the Lord loves. When we remember and talk about the goodness that the Lord has done for us, it brings glory and honour to our God. He is well pleased with the testimony of the righteous and He delights when we praise His name. Today let's look back and bring to memory the wonderful ways the Lord has led us in the past. On how He opened miraculous ways, when there was no way ahead of us. How he delivered us from death and kept us alive in the land of the living. His gracious favor with which he surrounded us. Let's take effort to thank the Lord for His goodness and praise Him for Him faithfulness. Let's talk about it and declare it to those around us. Let's remind ourselves of the ways of old, on how He delivered our parents and our family members from trouble. Let's revive a thankful heart. God loves those who show gratitude. He takes glory in those who honour Him and exalt His name. Although we may have many requests, let's keep that aside and just thank Him. It's even greater glory to God when we thank Him in the midst of our crisis. He will not keep silent. He will rend the heavens and come down and rescue us. Let's keep an expectant heart. The Lord bless your day. Shalom! PS Reji Thomas Dallas TX

07.01.2022 Daily Devotion 8 Feb 2021 Mark 11:24... Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Prayer is an act of faith. It is a spiritual discipline. It is a conversation with the Most high God, the creator of the universe. The disciples of Jesus saw the power of God that manifested through His prayers. They were intrigued with His prayers and asked Him to teach them to pray. Prayer, when it aligns with the will of God has a sure answer. (1 John 5:14). Prayer positions us to receive what has already prepared for us. Prayer releases the blessings of the Lord. Prayer heals the sick. Prayer increases our strength and causes us to walk in favour with the Lord. Prayer is the key to a victorious christian life. Less prayer has less power, but more prayer has more power. What we cannot change in the natural can be changed through prayer. Prayer changes us above all.Prayer activates our faith and gives us the strength needed to face our challenges. Above all, we need faith when we prayer. We need the faith to acknowledge to whom we are praying. We need to acknowledge the ability of our God who hears our prayers. Believing is key to receiving. If we don't believe we will not receive. Hebrews 11:6 says that whoever comes to God must believe that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. When our asking aligns to the will of God there is a sure answer. Today let us align ourselves with Gods will, believe and ask in faith. Some sure miracles will come into your life as you ask in faith. With God nothing is impossible. The Lord bless your day! Ps Reji Thomas Dallas TX

06.01.2022 Daily Devotion 6 April 2021 Psalms 23:6... Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me,All the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God ( Rom 10:17). As the Lord reveals His word to us,and as we start speaking those words, they bring increase to our faith. The process involves, reading God's word, believing with all your heart and declaring what you have believed. This brings manifestation of God's power into our life circumstances. The word we are meditating today is what Gods word says about your life. It's says 'Surely', meaning without fail or doubt. The goodness of God brings blessings in our lives. We were not worthy, but because of God's goodness we have become recepients of His blessing. It's His mercy that has allowed us to partake of these blessings. Even though we have challenges, it's God's goodness and mercy that makes a change in our lives. It brings blessings that no one can imagine. The word says, no eye has seen nor ear heard the things that God has prepared for those who love Him. Who does this blessing belong to ? It belongs to the one who believes and receives it by faith. Keep confessing the word over situations that seem difficult in your life. Let God's goodness and His mercy respond to seemingly challenging situations. Your life could have been a mess because of your choices, but God's mercy and goodness is able to bring a recovery and restoration. This is God's purpose for you. If you believe it, you will reap the blessings. Say, " I receive it, In Jesus name". The Lord bless your day. Shalom! PS Reji Thomas Dallas TX

02.01.2022 Daily Devotion 8 April 2021 Mark 4:20 (AMPC)... And those sown on the good (well-adapted) soil are the ones who hear the Word and receive and accept and welcome it and bear fruitsome thirty times as much as was sown, some sixty times as much, and some [even] a hundred times as much. Jesus, through this parable of the sower brings out the importance of having our hearts conditioned so that God's word becomes fruitful through our lives. Only a heart that is conditioned brings forth the yield of hundred, sixty or a thirty fold. The process starts with hearing the word attentively, accepting the word and personalising the word to our own situations and finally putting the word into practice through active obedience. A key step is making this word relevant to us, through active meditation on the word and allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal areas of our thoughts and lifestyle that contradicts with the word. And, further asking help of the Holy Spirit to make changes to accommodate or allow this word to prosper in our lives. A life lived like this is a blessed life. It is a fruitful life. Whoever this person interacts with will enjoy the fruit of the prosperity of the word. God is highly pleased with them, as they have chosen to remain faithful to the word. You too can be this person. God is able to make all grace abound towards you, that you have all the strength you need to accomplish this life style. This is the heart of the Father, that we become fruitful. May the Lord rejoice with your life and let it bring a smile to His face. Say " Yes" to Jesus and His word. The Lord richly bless your day. Shalom! PS Reji Thomas Dallas TX
