23.01.2022 One of the common reviews I get from my customers (mainly from Google reviews) is that our customer service is Amazing. Guess what? YOU are a small business and your customers bought from you for a REASON. You need to remind them of that - it will help your sales go up and retain customer loyalty. These are some of the small things I do with each online order:... *include handwritten thank you note *I include a complimentary free sample of a new product *I hand-write the address on each order (yes, I could print the labels, but then I'd be just like every other huge impersonal company). *I notice when it's a repeat customer and write, "it's great to hear from you again!"
