04.01.2022 Djeran the season of red.

01.01.2022 Focus and Create: This is a photo I took of a new bromeliad from my garden. It was a plant I found on the verge in our neighbourhood. I rescued it and it has rewarded me with this beautiful blue and red flower. The flowers are better than I could have imagined. I enjoy taking pictures of beautiful things like this, often taking images of plants and sunsets. While I am admiring and paying gratitude to them and focusing on taking a photo, I block out all other to do tasks. B...eing a busy mum my to do list is long. Self care is important. Then I get to create, selecting backgrounds, phrases, fonts to accompany my photos. I am not the best graphic artist, but it brings me joy. As a life coach I help people, like you, focus on their goals and create their futures. It also brings me great joy when people I work with achieve what they set out to do.
