25.01.2022 Hey Team, another session this Sunday 25 February 2018 at 9am. It will be a gym/ outdoor session. As usual please confirm attendance, use the ‘book now’ tab at the top of the page to confirm your attendance and i will send you the address. Please bring a towel, drink bottle, and hat. We need a minimum of 4 people and a max of 8 for this class. Look forward to seeing you all.

24.01.2022 Putting the feelers out there - is there interest for a 2pm gym/ circuit class this Saturday 17 February? Need a minimum of 4 people to go ahead with the class. The next scheduled Sunday class will be 25 February 2018 at 9:00am (gym/outdoor class).
22.01.2022 In Bali for the weekend so took advantage of training outdoors on the deck over looking the pool and beautiful greenery. This was my workout: 45 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest. 3 rounds of each set Set 1: Step ups right leg... Step ups left leg Sumo squats Good mornings Lunges Squat jumps onto step Set 2: Burpies Side step up with calf raise right leg Side step up with calf raise left leg Plank Crab walk sideways/ forward/ backward Lying leg raises What did i use? Beach towel, mat of off sun bed, step (onto deck). This was followed by a nice dip in the pool... (which im still sitting in writing this)

If you lack the courage to start then you have already failed... but if you try and don’t succeed, then you have something to work towards #nevergiveup #failureisnotanoption

01.01.2022 Hi guys, just wanting to get a feel for numbers on Sunday... i will be doing a gym class. Its at my home gym (1 min drive from the park). It will be a mix of indoor and outdoor exercises. 9:15am on Sunday 28 January. Please pm me for the address and to confirm attendance.
