25.01.2022 Thank you for everyone who has supported the reintroduction of the live pilates classes. We are now fully booked for these, but Im always happy to pop you on the cancellation list if you would like to join us in the future OR there is still a Monday Zoom group class being run at 4pm, which is a super fun way of getting your pilates fix in the comfort of your living room and I do offer recordings of these classes if you cant make the live session.... Thank you again to all those smiling faces whether we catch up online or in person. 24.01.2022 Boom mic drop! Love this quote from Deanna Minich, PhD I think of what I eat as fuel for my body and try to eat accordingly. Im not perfect and I do have some food for enjoyments sake, but most of the time I am eating from the rainbow and getting as many phytonutrients as I can. When you start to look at food this way, it makes it a lot easier to add in the nutrient rich foods and crowd out the ones that may not be contributing to your good health as much.

Please note, bookings for Massage appointments are now from late July, so if you are wanting to book your place on the table, get in quick! 13.01.2022 Cycle syncing is something I have been interested in for 5 years and it was a revelation to me that we changed throughout the seasons of our cycle and what is good for our ovulatory phase, may not work during menstruation. This graphic from Nat Kringoudis explains it well and even if you no longer have a bleed, you can still tap into the rhythm of your cycle. I love using an app to track mine and I have definitely noticed changes as I move throughout the phases.... Do you track your cycle? Do you amend your workouts, self care or eating during the different phases? Id love to hear from you below

If you have seen me in the clinic you will know that I always check the pectorals and often demo how they can cause neck and upper back pain. Places are limited to 5 per class, so please, if you are wanting to join us get in touch so you dont miss out. Online classes are here to stay and have been so amazing during lockdown and the feedback has been great so these are an option if you cant get into the live classes. Lastly, Im prepping this week to get back to the clini...c room and start seeing Massage clients again.
