15.01.2022 I stood up recently at our Leadership Mastery group to share the story of one beautiful girl in our Team Phoenix a few months ago. One young lady with an incredible spirit was a suicide participant. She has such compassion, strength, love that it was hard to imagine she could think of taking her life. The stories she shared with me, and probably other leaders in our group, brought tears to my eyes in the horrific life she had been raised in. ... She is so powerful that she brought our team together in the most amazing way. She made US realize things within ourselves, for each of us individually AND between us. She made me a better person from being in her presence for a week. The growth I feel is beyond anything I could have imagined. Throughout the week we saw the changes in her physical appearance and by the end she looked, and danced around, like a totally different person. At the end of the week she pulled me aside, and I’m sure my other leaders have their own experience with her at this time also, but she said something to me that I never thought I would hear in such a short time of coaching... You saved a life here and I can’t thank you enough. I love you. My heart goes out to her for what she brought into my life, that I now have within me, and can now share with others.
