19.01.2022 Adding a little twist to the typical BTS post, today, Im giving you a look at what really goes on behind-the-screen in my business. When I open my computer at 8.30am, Im typically still in my pyjamas or casual clothes. The first thing I dive into is checking out my emails and then following up on any urgent phone calls or emails so I can implement some exciting services for my clients. When I finally shut down my computer at 4pm, I may be worn out, but I cant wait to do it all over again the next day! What does life look like behind your screen?

17.01.2022 So my morning has been busy preparing a clients home for him as he has been in the Hospice and would like to be home for his quality time with family. To enable this to happen i have had to get a few services in place and they have all gone above and beyond. The gardener came and took away all of the rubbish and furniture but then did a run up to the hospital to take the mobile oxygen tank and wheelchair as my client is not covered for an ambulance transfer. We had to get a ramp in place, a bed, bedding, the cleaner who came in the other day and you have to have milk for a cuppa. Silver chain is on deck as well as the Pallative team who are true professionals at what they do. There will be a few minor things which I will follow up with tomorrow when he is settled in at home.

03.01.2022 No harm in beginning the planning process for a holiday especially if you have a NDIS plan review coming up. A good place to start with is Clubmates Travel. I always like to throw this option at my clients and they cant believe that this is possible. Did you know that NDIS can assist with the hire of equipment at your destination or you could be supported on your holiday? The planning process is the key!
