19.01.2022 This is an interesting read on what you shouldn't do in relationships. Out of the 4 Horsemen of Criticism, Defensiveness, Contempt and Stonewall I think Contempt is the most damaging as you raise yourself above your partner and act as an expert or more knowledgeable than them. Contempt is like acid in a relationship.

14.01.2022 There is no mastery without feedback. But it’s hard. Not everyone that gives us feedback is skilled at delivering it in a meaningful way. And, we’re not alway...s open to hearing it.
