By becoming extremely vulnerable w8th who you really are - past all the layers/facades/gates of protection we placed for survival as children and thought we had to keep them there as adults is akin to living in a prison - pfft that. Going back and rebuilding or building your core is soooooo f***king worth it - you should stay in prison if you don't do it. The latest developments in neuroscience are proving that we can reprogram our brains at anytime and at any age.
