And remember walking 8,000 to 12,000 steps is a simple way to incorporate exercise into your everyday routine (try to do it outside in nature as much as possible. When you do too much cardio, your body generates soaring levels of cortisol. Producing too much instructs your brain to store fat (especially around the abdomen) and inhibits your body's ability to process sugar. If sugar isn't processed properly, you gain weight.

This pose will boost relaxation, stimulate blood flow, soothe lower back tension and give your hamstrings a great stretch. Lie on your back, take your butt close to the wall and gently walk your feet up the wall until your body forms an L-shape.... Close your eyes and relax. Stay there as long as you need, but try for 5 minutes. Concentrate on your breathing to increase the Zen.
