Empower Physiotherapy and Pilates across the road from Collaroy Beach has now opened its doors and will be beginning Clinical Pilates classes on Wednesdays with term beginning on 19th July 2017. Multiple classes times are available with classes tailored to suit your needs. Bookings are essential as classes are limited to 4 people to... ensure attention is given to every participant - all ages and abilities are welcomed as you will attend a pre-screening assessment prior to your first class to prepare you and assess your needs.
