With 1 in 5 Australians affected by mental illness, now is the time to break the stigma and start talking about it. So let's spread the message and support each other. As the World Mental Health Day messaging states: "Life isn’t just about getting through things on your own. It’s not about pushing yourself to the limit. You can’t handle everything on your own, and it’s completely okay."
