23.01.2022 After big discussions this week with clients/non clients about judgement and criticism on how we look, Ive decided I wanted to address this. Long post NO BODY IS PERFECT, THEIR BODIES OR THEIR LIVES!! What you see on social media is a small snippet of someones life, their best angles, their best lighting ect. We (as woman) are so critical of ourselves and then when we really feel bad we think that judging another and bringing them down will make us feel better trust... me it wont. I spend 99% of my time encouraging and trying to bring others up because I know what its like to be at the bottom. Its horrible and I am massive massive on mindset. We all look at ourselves and judge what we see in the mirror . Some things we can change, like our training, nutrition and our mindset on how we see life. But things like loose skin after having a baby or weight loss, stretch marks, saggy boobies, maybe no bookie, a little cellulite whatever it is......STOP!! Me....a personal trainer still gets extremely judge by others. You dont look like a personal trainer, your not lean AF, you are not ripped AF, ohh u had a week off and u look like u have gained a couple kilos OMG, your old, and so on. Yes I have all of these things, I do go on holidays enjoy life make memories and gain a few kilo but does that give anyone permission to judge NO!! You girls hearing where Im coming from.....it doesnt matter who you are, people are always gonna judge you. The difference is I dont care what people think of me and this is where you need to get to. I use to be at the bottom and I dont like see others there. Its taken a long time but my mindset has changed. And this is what I focus on....how you see you! Not how others see you....but how you see yourself. You are all that matters The point of this post dont let others bring you down and Stop bringing yourself down. Dont let people tell u to lose more weight, dont lose more weight, u cant wear a bikini, u cant u cant. STOP TELLING YOURSELF YOU cant because you bloody can!! Most that are judging u are so unhappy and insecure in their own bodies anyway. #kindness #happiness#loveyourself

20.01.2022 Consistency in training and nutrition is key. @jillsie7 has been working so hard, pushes herself to her max week in and week out and does everything I throw at her ... she may complain which her comments make me laugh but she still gets it done. Results wont happen unless you are consistent and want your goal bad enough. You have to put in the work, no one can do it for u, you are in control. Train hard, be consistent = results. Well done jilly bean you should be super proud of all your hard work.

17.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT A big shout out to another one of my girls. @jillsie7 has been training with me for almost 3 months now, with goals of dropping some unwanted Kgs toning up and building up her strength. Jilly is already doing things that she never thought she would be able to do, her strength has increased immensely and her confidence has grown. Although she always has some choice words for me during her session (which doesnt get her out of what ever she is doing ) sh...e always puts 110% in and gets the job done. Cleaning up her nutrition, and started her training sessions this Nan to be is now Down 3kg, 21cm all over, 9cm of that coming off her waist...amazing I am super proud of her and she should be so proud of herself. 08.01.2022 To me and for a lot of my clients going to the gym is not only about weight loss. It can also be to control depression/anxiety or an outlet away from lifes stress whether it be work or kids/family but all are there just to feel good about themselves and I believe Mindset plays a HUGE part. We all want to feel good about ourselves and confident in our own skin. We are all different shapes and sizes, have different strengths and weaknesses but that makes us no better than the... person down the road it makes us unique and individual. 06.01.2022 Every single one of my clients all have different goals they want to achieve. We all work on our strengths but dont forget to work on your weaknesses too. Dont compare yourself to another in the gym or anywhere for that matter. We are all on a different journey which is what makes us unique. Life is full of ups and downs but its how we move forward that makes us who we are. Dont be afraid to support another. Be happy for someone if they reach a goal whether it be in the g...ym or in their career. We are always quick to judge and point a finger but we are never quick to get up and say well done, you go girl Im so happy for you!! Empower each other help each other grow, Support, encourage and be happy for one another. Dimming someone else light will not make yours shine brighter. Which brings me to this... I want to give a massive shout out to this chick @_parismason She has put everything into her training ever since she started with me but in the last couple months she has taken it to a whole new level. Setting herself a couple goals to reach for squats and RDL. Today she put her heart, soul determination and absolutely everything she had in her and the results 80KG squat X2 followed by wanting to get just 1 out @ 85KG RDL....she got X5 out not only am I so super proud of her because she my client, I would still be over the moon for her give her, give her a high five, pat on the back ect if she pulled that next to me in the gym. 05.01.2022 A client shared this with me today and I just had to share this, I can not express enough how true it is. People......get out of your head that this will be quick and easy, There are no quick fixes!! Quick fixes are short term, you need to look at the bigger picture 12months, 2yrs or 5 years down the track. Find what you can sustain for life, not just for a short term quick shred!! Stop looking for a short cut. There isnt one. You have to climb the stairs to reach the top.... Its going to be hard, you will make mistakes, sometimes you have to make sacrifices, make yourself a priority, sometimes people will judge you for the choices you make but YOU and only YOU are in control of YOUR actions. Mother daughter team today and mum hitting a PB of 25kg up 7.5kg from 2 weeks ago and what was worse I missed the footage the first time so made her do it again Going to the gym is not always about losing weight sometimes you just wanna feel fit and strong. 02.01.2022 What inspires you? What motivates you to go to the gym?? What gets you there on days you really dont want to go?? For me, its my health...mentally and physically. Its setting a good example to my children that goals can be reached no matter how long it takes, its showing them to never give up on their hopes and dreams. But my number one motivator...is to be a better person than I was yesterday, to be fitter, to be stronger and even happier than I was yesterday. When I am ...in the gym I leave all my fears, anxiety, anger & frustration behind. I am there to be better than that girl I see reflecting back at me in the mirror.
