It’s not just fun and games, as ...pointed out in the video, it actually makes a proofed difference to the success and happiness in a child’s life. This is why I’m so passionate about the empower kids program. I know a lot of people look at it as just a bit of sports, but that’s not all. It is so so much more! I have carefully incorporated, mindfulness practices throughout the stories. Plus in the stories we dive into emotions and find ways to handle them effectively, understand how they have been brought up, repair relationships, practice empathy, forgiveness, self awareness... This program also provides practical tools for kids to deal with situations and emotions.
