Each session, workshop or retreat is created to provide a safe positive space & a holistic approach to health and well-being, including academic assistance. Girls + Goals :Teen Empowerment and Vision Board Workshop Date : Saturday 20th March, 2021 Time : Session 1 - 10am to 12.30pm Session 2 - 2pm to 4.30pm Details : Empower.YOU Education is holding a Girls + Goals: Empowerment and Vision Board Workshop where young girls are invited to immerse in an afternoon of connection, communication, and creation. In this workshop we will have fun with motivational quotes, mantras, kind self-talk, goal setting and dream searching! Participants will also craft their very own Vision/Motivation Board for a clear vision of how they wish to feel and what they want to achieve. Vision Boarding is perfect at any time of year and our boards will be centred around providing motivation NOW and act as a beautiful reminder to be proud of who we are. This is the perfect workshop if you want the young lady in your life to get creative, dream big, focus on their amazing qualities as a human regardless of age, size, race, social status or grades at school, and create an overall healthier and happier mindset full of MOTIVATION!
