19.01.2022 Here is the official handover of funds photo from the St George and Sutherland Leader newspaper.
13.01.2022 this Empty Bowls Project was completed in October 2013. Thanks to everyone involved we raised $A8,000.00 for Shire Community Services which will allow them to continue to provide a Breakfast Meal Program for the Disadvantaged in our area for another year. While we would love to do the same in 2014 it would be asking too much of the potters who supplied over 300 bowls and art works, at their own cost. However it was so successful and enjoyed by so many that it is possible the event may be run again in 2015.
