24.01.2022 Day 3 of our TourDeEuro 2019 saw us ride from Ypres in Belgium to Luxembourg. Distance of just 310 kms. Today we head through the Black Forrest and towards the Alps..

20.01.2022 TourDeEurope2019- the ride from Lauterbrunnen to Andermatt was by far the best days riding so far. There’s nothing quite like riding through the Alps. More of this today.

16.01.2022 We stayed in the beautiful and historical town of Puigcerdà in the Pyrenees mountains. With a population of around 9,000 Puigcerdà is the capital of the Catalan comarca of Cerdanya, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, northern Spain, near the Segre River and on the border with France. It abuts directly onto the French town of Bourg-Madame. We rode here from Toulon in France, a distance of around 500kms. It was a long day but well worth it to find this gem. ... Our hotel was the Villa Paulita which is situated directly in the lake in the centre of town. Full of fish and bird life a walk around the lake early morning or late afternoon is a must do. The hotel has a secure underground car park and easy access to the rooms from the car park. It also has a heated underground pool along with fully feature Spa and Gym. The hotel is also right beside the main town village centre which is full of street restaurants and entertainment.

15.01.2022 TourDeEuro2019-Lauterbrunnen,Switzerland. With 2 nights spent in the Swiss Ski resort of Lauterbrunnen we had a rest off the bikes for a day to take in the sights. What an amazing region this is.

14.01.2022 TourDeEuro Day 5, 15th of July saw us ride from Luxembourg to Baden Baden in Germany.

07.01.2022 The 11th of July saw us depart on day 1 of our 2019 Tour de Europe self guided Motorcycle adventure. Today we leave beautiful Oxford in England and head across the channel to the Belgium town of Ypres, a 380km journey.

04.01.2022 Saturday we rode a loop day out of Bastia, Corsica around the Cape of Corsica. The scenery is stunning combined with perfect weather and awesome roads it’s easy to see why this place is considered heaven for motorcycle enthusiasts... the west coast is definitely the pick of the two coasts from a riding perspective but as the total loop is only 140kms it’s still worth doing both. Our advise would be to do the opposite of what we did and ride west over the mountains so the sun is behind you. Much cooler and better photos. Coming back down the east coast it will be afternoon so the opposite would apply. We’re currently our our second loop day, headed west to Calvi after a recommendation by friend Rosemary Rae https://youtu.be/02hbWJUG1PQ

03.01.2022 (This is a repost of a video I did on our ride around Corsica in the first 2 days or arriving there. The first post was a YouTube video link.) BEAUTIFUL CORSICA We rode what we call a loop day out of Bastia, Corsica around the Cape of Corsica.
