I love Christmas my favourite time of the year and yes I have already done all my Christmas shopping and purchased presents for Hamish and Scarlett’s birthdays which are also in December, 19th and 29th. 14.01.2022 Mexican one pot pasta, Bonnie’s is on a work out step as she is in the middle of a dance class and cannot possibly not eat her dinner and dance at the same time. I made this twice to feed all 8 of us. The kids I used wholemeal pasta and it was fine. The last photo is the adults which I used buckwheat pasta and it was very gluggy! I don’t recommend using the buckwheat pasta with it. Other than that it was an ok dish. I wouldn’t hurry back to make it again. Might have been different if I had eaten the kids meal. Hamish and Bonnie loved it. So maybe I’ll have to give it ago again with different pasta. Has anyone else made this dish. Would love to know others opinions on this dish if you have made it. It’s from the cookbook meals in a flash.
13.01.2022 Had chicken thighs I needed to use up so I made cauliflower chicken nuggets and coriander and chicken patties. Delish. Cauliflower makes chicken nuggets so moist
