24.01.2022 Kotara South carport/entry upgrade. Client had water leak issues. In the event of heavy downpour the valley would overflow gutters causing water damage to entry door and jambs. There was also a request for more natural lighting to house whilst maintaining privacy. We removed existing carport and gutters from house installing double carport from dressed hardwood. We installed change of pitch flashing at house/carport junction and new gutter at front of carport. We installed polycarbonate roof sheets over door and window for natural lighting of house. We installed new entry door, jambs and glazing choosing frosted glass for privacy.

HWD subfloor for BAL12.5, powder coated aluminium balustrade, merbau handrail, decking and screening. Not only is this a great outdoor area but the extended roof shades the kitchen and living areas and helps cool the house from the hot western sun.
