19.01.2022 PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS ONE (part one) This dreamy throw back to shiny healthy dimensional locks has got me thinking about how your future Apts are going to go. So here’s some food for thought and a couple of pointers to keep in mind for when I finally get my hands on your head... TIME... Your appointment will most likely take longer than it used to, so start mentally preparing as... -we all have a lot of regrowth, which in some ways it will be a blessing in disguise as we have more of a fresh pallet to work with and give you new options. -your usual colour won’t give you the same result and we may need to add things such as a tip out (extra lightening to your ends) if you’re blonde, extra foils if you’re used to having a built up more solid blonde, we most likely won’t be able to just touch up your regrowth for our brunette babes as color will age and I dare say everyones ends have lost their gutsy sheen after all this time. COST We couldn’t be more in the same boat of being cautious around spending pennies in this unsure time, but remember when we have goals for our ‘perfect locks’ and as most of you will require more product, more time in the chair, and most likely extra services (I can guarantee your locks are crying out for a major chop and an intense treatment mask after being stuck in a mum bun for at least 3 months) HOME HAIR CARE You guys rock at caring about your hair when you’re not with me in whatever capacity works for you, and I know a lot of you can’t wait for major transformations as soon as we are allowed to do them. So this is the ultimate time to start preparing the condition of your hair for major colour services ahead and incorporate home care into your budget. You all know I solidly believe that when we invest big dollars into our hair apt, the action you take at home is the difference of longevity (is your shampoo & conditioner stripping out your toner?) the health (hot styling tools cause more damage than any other factor. Does your colour go yellow? Do you have a heat protectant? Fun fact it’s most likely cause you straighten or curl your hair on a higher setting than you need) See more

01.01.2022 TAKING A MOMENT TO REFLECT TODAY I know I’ve said it before but for the first time in a very long intense year, I realised I haven’t stopped smiling! Smiling from ear to ear. Why? Because of every single one of you! The love, encouragement, support, laughter...all the way to the stress, tears, and ongoing fear that this year has been. It was you guys being there in every capacity possible. It is you that makes me smile! I’m unbelievably happy and proud to have such a beauti...ful network of humans in my life.
