05.01.2022 Our project, Be Safe was hosted by Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club (MSLSC) with the support of members of Enactus for 67 students from Tokyo City University in February. The feedback that the Beach Safety program received was positive. In response to the program, students said they understand the significance of swimming between the flags on the beach, what creatures to avoid and how to signal for help when in trouble in the water. They also said they were glad to get such inf...ormation as it made them feel more confident to go to the beach by themselves and expressed a keen interest in returning to the Mullaloo beach. 3 future events are planned for October '19, when summer returns, with the Tokyo City University students. 04.01.2022 On September 8-11, the 2020 the 2020 Enactus World Cup was held online for the first time in the history of the organisation. The theme of this year's World Cup was LEAD. CHANGE. Teams from 32 countries delivered presentations to demonstrate how their application of business innovation and entrepreneurial action creates social impact. The Enactus champion team was Al-Azhar University from Egypt, with its shrimp shell enterprise designed to lift people from poverty and improve the environment.
