09.01.2022 Dear Valued Distributors and Customers, We consider the safety and well-being of our employees and our Distributors a top priority. In response to the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak, effective Saturday, 21 March, the Enagic Australia branch will be CLOSED TO WALK-IN VISITORS until further notice.... - Business operations will otherwise continue as normal. Operating hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (no walk-in customers) Office will be closed on Saturdays (non-operational) - You can submit orders online, via email, fax or postal mail. - Commissions will continue to be paid. - No in-person pick-ups or drop-offs for machine servicing and repairs. For all machine repairs and deep cleaning, the machines must be shipped to us and will then be shipped back on completion. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening our office to customers from Monday, the 15th June.... We have put certain measures in place for the health and safety of both our staff and distributors. So when you visit us you will notice some changes. Along with these measures we will also be implementing the following guidelines. We hope that you will understand and that you will help us by following them. Telephone hours will be 9am 5 pm, Monday to Saturday Extension #1 for Customer service and general enquiries Extension #2 for E-payment and commission enquiries Our Customer Service team will assist you with enquiries regarding shipping and accessory orders too. Accessories orders We strongly encourage you to purchase all filters and accessories at our online store at https://store.enagic.com/au/ Pre-order online and pick up at office will be available 10am 12pm and 2 4pm, Monday to Friday. This will enable the staff to prepare your order in advance so you can be in and out as quickly as possible. No cash handling. Machine orders New machine orders can be picked up at the office by appointment only.
