We all know this year has consisted of hurdles, but with all the love and support we have received in this time, our hearts are truly full. 16.01.2022 HAPPY EASTER TO ALL OUR EASTER WISH Wow , this has been a crazy ride so far hey.The last couple of months has been filled with so much stress, so much emotion, big new challenges and a change . After speaking to lots of woman out there throughout this time one of the big things that keeps coming up is ,the challenge and mental wrestle of Productivity V total lack of motivation. We know we have to innovate, motivate, make changes both at work and in the home , it’s all vali...d, it’s all necessary and if we are going to survive and thrive , it’s essential! But it’s tiring! What our Easter wish is , is that we can all use Easter as a lily pad, a life raft, a safe place ( god knows we can’t celebrate and entertain the way we usually can ) and really let ourselves relax and regroup, don’t get on yr phone , don’t clean the house, don’t do the hard stuff .Allow yourself the rest you deserve. Now I know for the people working or running a business this may not be possible, but please get rest when you can , and THANKYOU It will all still be there when we get back on Tuesday. But mostly what Encasa’s team wish , is that you all pat yourselves on the back for the incredible things that you have accomplished so far ...... Well early 2020 threw them A LOT more adventure than they possibly could have evpected , there have been a few bumps along the way but they have always done their best , they have always worked as a solid team , and they have always tried to put clients first . 01.01.2022 Hi everyone ,at this time it is really hard to keep you all in the loop with what is going on in the salon day to day . Reason being is that : 1)The government has changed our conditions ,eg 30min rule on , then 30 min rule off, and everyday feels like our last feeling. 2)There are 4 business’s within this Encasa banner, each with their own needs, family set ups , health requirements and personal ideologies. 3) We want desperately to sustain this little business, so tha...t we can come back bigger and better than before after this is over. 4)we love you guys, and although we are following every sanitary guideline set out by the government, we struggle constantly with our head , as to wether being open or closed is actually physically and mentally better for us all Please know , that Jo, William, Olivia, Vicken and Kelly are all communicating constantly, and please be patient with us , we are trying our best , and are so thankful that you are our clients.
