07.01.2022 Which fan should be used? A or B One of these fans is perfect, the other isn't perfect and and is crossed at the base.. So which one should be used on a client? A or B? If you guessed correctly, the answer is BOTH! ... We all know that a split base is a big NO but YOU CAN fix it with your adhesive before you apply to the natural lash. Adhesive control is key to a decent fan and getting really good attachment. You can spend ages making the most perfect fan, but if you can't control your adhesive it's not going to last. Applying too much adhesive can cause your fan to close, the adhesive soaks up through the lashes causing your lashes to close or split If you're not sure on how to control your temperature and humidity, we do have an Adhesive Foundations and Mastery short course that you can get onto and that will teach you everything you need to know. If you would like to see a video on how to pick the correct amount of adhesive, comment below with a emoji! **Volume Lashing is an art and it takes patience and dedication to master. We recommend LOTS of manual practice in your downtime, creating fans, picking them up, dipping them into adhesive and popping them onto a sponge (a circular makeup sponge is a great option). or using PROBASE to store them ready to use on a client.

We are looking for a trainer to join our team and help guide the journey of our future lash and brow superstars.... The role: We believe that to deliver industry-leading training and to support our students with passion and knowledge, you need to live, breathe, know and love our courses and programs. At Enchanted Beauty Institute, our training team are involved in all aspects of training, from the preparation of training documentation and research on new products and practices, through to delivery and assessment using approved training delivery plans. You will train, monitor and support our students using structured, relevant and interesting training sessions in class and via online platforms. Your primary focus is to assist all learners regardless of the level to achieve their training goals. What we are looking for: 2- 4 days a week roster according to training requirements, generally 3 days one week, 4 days the next. Flexible with working hours and days and available to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as required Essential - must hold a Certificate III in Beauty Services as a minimum (prefer Cert IV or Diploma of Beauty Therapy) Desirable - hold a TAE qualification but willing to train the right person. Training experience or someone who has completed documentation for a national accreditation or RTO before is a bonus. Personality and fit with our team and values is more important than paper. Pay rates to be discussed at the interview stage and negotiable based on experience.
