25.01.2022 Low Level Crossing - Katherine NT A beautiful spot and ideal place to cool off from the high Katherine temps. This shot was taken after sundown allowing for an 8 sec exposure to give that silky water look. Best viewed large, enjoy

25.01.2022 Something a little different and cute, a family of Radjah Shelducks under the watchful eye from a couple of Plumed Whistling Ducks. Enjoy

25.01.2022 Sunstar at EJ's - Narwietooma Station, Central Australia I took this while being belted by a Gazillion flys, they were shocking but still, got the shot. Best viewed large - enjoy.

19.01.2022 After the Storm - Nightcliff, NT Last night a good came over and set out to sea providing this great scene. Soon after this was taken, the fisherman on the rocks pulled in a 1.2m Barracuda. Best views large, enjoy.

19.01.2022 Aerobatics over the Moon - Coomalie, NT At the celebration of the last mission out of Australia at end of the war in the pacific, this Pits Special put on a great show and I was lucky to capture the moon in the background. For those that are interested, each year there is a "Fly In" by various aircraft to celebrate the final mission from Australia. This undertaken by 87 Squadron RAAF, Mosquitoes that were stationed at Coomalie Creek, approx 70km south of Darwin. Next year is ...the 75th anniversary and that should be pretty big. Enjoy

18.01.2022 Kaiwo Maru - Darwin Wharf, NT This beautiful Tall Ship is moored in the harbour for the next few days. A four masted Barque, she is a training ship for merchant seamen. A great sight. Best viewed large - Enjoy.

16.01.2022 Fishergirl - Rapid Creek, Darwin, NT Storm over Lake Bennett provided a nice backdrop to this girl fishing. Best viewed large... enjoy

16.01.2022 Rays of Light - Narwietooma Station, Central Australia On our recent trip to Alice Springs we managed a great couple days out at Narwietooma. It is a 2000 Sq Kilometre station about a hour and a half NW of the Alice. It presented quite a few photo opportunities. Best viewed large - enjoy

15.01.2022 Twilight of an old Tree - Dundee Beach, NT This is a great spot near Dundee Beach, around 160km SW of Darwin. I took this a couple of weeks ago and revisited it last night only to find that somebody had built a fire at the base and now the whole tree was gone. Such a pity as I was looking forward to photographing it under a wet season sky.

13.01.2022 Red Sun - Dundee Beach, NT Another from the same sunset with the sun going down through very thick bushfire smoke. Best viewed large... Enjoy

11.01.2022 Storm at Sea - Dundee Beach, NT This was taken a couple of weeks ago, this storm by passed us but looked good on sunset. Best viewed large, enjoy.

10.01.2022 Twin Cycads - Dundee Beach, NT With a lot of smoke from nearby bushfires, the sun really takes on more golden to red hues as it sets. Best viewed large.... Enjoy

10.01.2022 Rain at Pigeon Bore - Narwietooma Station, Central Australia Another shot from our visit to Narwietooma last year, a fantastic spot and I would have loved to spend more time there. Best viewed large - Enjoy

07.01.2022 Indian Storm - Halls Head, WA Another from our recent trip, the weather didn't allow for much photography but the sky lit up quite nicely in amongst this storm over the Indian Ocean. Best viewed large - Enjoy.

05.01.2022 Hectors Anvil - Nightcliff, NT Hector is a convection storm that occurs most days, during our wet season, on the Tiwi Islands north of Darwin. Here Hector is almost spent and providing some wonderful colour at sunset. Best viewed large - enjoy.

05.01.2022 Sunrise - Sanur Lagoon, Bali Up early for sunrise but it wasn't looking great until the sun came out and made a nice reflection across the lagoon. Best viewed large. Enjoy

03.01.2022 Sunset by the Pool - Nightcliff, NT I haven't been down for a sunset shot in a while so I thought I would drag one up from last year. Best viewed large - Enjoy.

03.01.2022 Rain at Pigeon Bore - Narwietooma Station, Central Australia Windmills around Australia are a dying breed as they get replaced with solar pumps so, I was pretty happy to get this shot just as the sunset and a rain storm came together. Best viewed large - enjoy

03.01.2022 Nightcliff Jetty - Darwin NT Taken a few years back, I like the contrast in colour provided by the old engine block in amongst the rocks. Best viewed large... Enjoy

02.01.2022 Stormy Red Bridge - Mandurah WA This bridge is lit in a different colour each night looking great, unfortunately, on this morning high winds and rain didn't allow for the reflection I was looking for but the menacing clouds made for a nice contrast. Best viewed large, enjoy.
