18.01.2022 Encompass Podiatry is Hiring! We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist to work approximately 30 hours per fortnight. Our clinic is gaining pace and we would ideally like to find someone with experience in a similar role. Experience in an Allied Health clinic and footwear fitting are highly advantageous. The successful candidate must be self motivated, efficient and have excellent written, computer and oral communication skills. This is a reception and clinical support position and includes footwear sales. We will be purchasing extra creams and dressings from our suppliers with our next order. 10.01.2022 We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team! This role incorporates clinical support for our Podiatrists, along with footwear and retail sales. This is a casual role and hours of work will be between 10-15hrs/wk between 8-6.30pm Monday-Friday. Holiday flexibility between members of the reception team is needed. Previous experience in an Allied Health clinic and with footwear fitting/sales would be advantageous. The role is often ...fast-paced and the successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritise and work with other team members closely to complete the tasks required. The successful candidate will be friendly, self-motivated, efficient and possess excellent time management skills. Excellent computer skills and written and oral communication skills are required.
