The Encores team are now on holidays as we take a break to recharge after the most challenging year, we will be returning for some private functions from the 9/1/2021 with regular dining commencing from the 19th. Keeping it straight to the point THANK YOU... To our amazing staff lead by Clayton and Alex (and of course Emma the takeaway driveway coordinator princess)we have appreciated your patience,understanding, commitment and flexibility to adapt to meet the ever changing restrictions and requirements that 2020 threw at us!! A huge thanks to our suppliers for your urgent delivery’s when needed, accepting returned stock during lockdown and your understanding, also to the team at the Empire theatre for your assistance in helping create COVID friendly dining spaces with atmosphere and urgent pizza oven installations!! Finally to our loyal customers your support has truly overwhelmed us especially during our takeaway only stage and helping us achieve nearly record numbers for our end of year period. Obviously our functions and catering part of the business are still well down but we are feeling very positive with enquires and bookings for next year and can’t wait to see the return of Inbound at the Toowoomba railway station. We can honestly say we have never looked forward to a break so much. Thanks again and wishing you a safe, COVID free Christmas and prosperous new year Mark & Meredith

08.01.2022 So 2021 not off to a great start... We are due to reopen tomorrow night for a function but with a majority of our staff having been in Brisbane this week we will now be closed and back soon.. Stay safe all

07.01.2022 We are excited to hear that Emerge Cafe will be our new neighbours in Railway Street to our second venue Inbound at the Toowoomba Railway Station, and we look forward to another dining option in that part of town. As a way of assisting with the move we have donated the remaining of our Toowoomba Chronicle advertising program which will give Emerge the equivalent of 3 full pages of paid advertising, up until the middle of July. This will help create awareness for their new location. For us personally, this ends our 24 year business relationship with the Chronicle as we are completely disillusioned with how the Chronicle decided to make our recent personal issue front page news (either to sell more papers or harm our business!!) Let’s get behind Emerge as they play a huge part in our community.
