19.01.2022 Our return to Night Owls following the Christmas break was eventful, however with the assistance from those present on the night (thank you), although extremely busy, it turned out to be a very enjoyable social evening of Night Owlers keen to be bowling once again. In Division 1 A night on the Green had an excellent win to open a slight gap at the top of the division. With Merv’s Angels and South Coasters both returning to the winner’s circle with 31 +17 and 30 +13 respective...ly. A top of the table clash in Division 2 between Window Wizards and Hooters saw the latter play the better mid match to take the game 29 +8 and regain top spot. A very tight game was played out by Moonlighters and Night Owlers , with the Owlers winning by a couple of points. Top of Division 3 the Bay Bad Boys recorded a win but were surpassed for top spot by McCracken maulers with an excellent win of 32 +29. A special mention to Craig and the Mechanical Owls who narrowly beat The Virgins recording a welcome win. Please note that we will be holding our costumed contest for Australia Day at Night Owls on Wednesday 27th January. See more
