19.01.2022 I’m neither denying nor asserting any particular view of the so-called ‘Millennium’ (except to say that I don’t think animal sacrifices have any future in God’s plans) - but what do you think of this:

18.01.2022 If people can’t get born again during the Millennium, then Jesus’ thousand-year reign would be a reign over subjects who would be unable to receive the benefits of His kingdom. In that case, the present gospel-era, in which people can get born again, would actually be a better expression of Christ’s kingdom than the Millennial kingdom which allegedly must exist in order to bring His promised kingdom. But how can people get born again during the Millennial-kingdom, seeing Je...sus said that except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God? That would mean no-one who hadn’t been born-again prior to Christ’s coming and kingdom can be present on earth during the Millennium. But if only the saints are in the earth during the Millennium, it couldn’t be possible for Satan to deceive the nations again to besiege the camp of the saints.

15.01.2022 How could anyone get born again during ‘The Millennium’, if the Millennium is necessary in order to bring the promised ‘kingdom of God’, seeing Jesus said that ‘except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God’?

14.01.2022 Christmas has always, from the very beginning, been about God doing something new, just at the time when everything seemed dark and strange and frightening said Tom Wright. A lot of people like predicting how bad things are, and how bad they think they're going to get. But I hear that, and I think, "It's already been that bad before - and it wasn't the end of the world - it was the start of something good!" ... The gospel. The church. It finds its way through, no matter what.

01.01.2022 In OT times, Jews were conditionally offered status as God’s people, while Gentiles were not His people. Then through the GOSPEL God procured that offer to Israel, and embraced Gentiles into the one, new, true people of God. But a popular view has THREE distinct peoples of God in the Millennial kingdom (Israel, the Church and the nations)!... What kind of kingdom-fulfilment is it that reverses an earlier achievement for the kingdom!
