Furthermore if you are restricting your body of relevant nutrients you may be 10 kilos lighter but your life expectancy may read 10 years younger!!... This article showcases two people whom neglect sugar or fat in their diets for a month and the effects this had on their overall health status. The no fat participant felt unsatisfied and hungry losing 1 kg, compared to the no sugar participate who lost 4 kgs but became pre-diabetic. Take away message: never sacrifice a client's health for a quick fix. More importantly if a client shows signs of poor health stop the workout and refer them to a medical professional.
