25.01.2022 Just thought I would send you some feedback regarding a technician of who works for your organisation by the name of Martin (I do not know his surname) who attended to my Samsung TV power outlet which failed last week. Martin (TV Technician) who works for your company attended my home in Clayfield and resolved the issue very quickly. He ordered the part and came back another day for the installation. Martin was extremely, professional, helpful and attended to this job wit...h priority. I was very satisfied with the service and delivery. I shall further recommend your organisation to others for Samsung repairs. If there is anything further I can assist you with please do not hesitate to contact me.

20.01.2022 We apologise to all of our customers who have tried to make contact this afternoon (23/1/18). A mass power outage in our local area has left us without both phones or computers since 1.30pm. Phone calls have been diverted to a mobile phone and if you have left a message, we will call you back once power is restored either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

13.01.2022 Just a little reminder its that time again - i tend to do this every 6 months or so and its been that long since i last posted it! Dont neglect cleaning your w...ashing machine, its simple 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda (in the washing powder drawer) and half a cup of white vinegar (inside the drum) - put your washing machine on a hot wash. This will get rid of all that soap build up! EASY - share this so you dont forget!! See more



12.01.2022 Very Proud of our staff especially Martin for todays great review!! To whom it may concern, Today I had a visit from one of your guys and I didnt take the time to remember his name. (Maybe Michael - I dont know). ... I rarely take the time to give feedback to companies but in this case I felt it absolutely necessary. Have had a few techincians/tradespeople etc in my time and generally speaking it is not the most pleasant experience. But the technician that attended my place today would easily be the best I have met in my time. His manner, professionalism and punctuality was second to none. To top it off, he was an extremely nice person. Could you please pass on my genuine thanks to him. Getting the tv fixed as an experience I was not looking forward to.
