15.01.2022 Celebrating because Endemic have now adopted a 4-day working week....seeing other great businesses convert to this model recently with success & after some robust discussions amongst each other we have all agreed this would benefit us all unimaginably......Life is full on at times.....a balance is whats needed to navigate what we all may or may not struggle with daily...As a business we really have to constantly work to evolve & discuss what can best benefit us all for our gr...eater well being & what we want to achieve on our days within & outside of our professional careers......I think these consistent timely discussions and adjustments really do make a difference to taking those steps to a new way of thinking.working.performing.de-stressing.......time will tell BUT for now we are going to enjoy it! GO HARD INTO THE WKD FRNDS Picture: LUSH!!! A recent visit to one of our sites we planted out with Local native species last Dec. is really popping! these strong plants survived the summer & have grown to a fantastic robust size in only 6mths......this is the reason creating native habitats, whether tiny or large is always a great idea & the right choice to make...
