20.01.2022 Hope everyone is staying safe at the moment. With COVID - 19 government rules and guidelines at the moment, this is a time for looking after ourselves and each other. All the best everyone and see you on the other side of this.

13.01.2022 Hi all, This week has seen a lot of havoc all over the place. I truly wish everyone all the best. Just an update on face to face courses I am involved with through ENDLESS MOTION. At this stage I have cancelled all courses that I had running for the following 4-6 weeks. I am of the view that it is not responsible to facilitate group gatherings at this time. Currently large companies are not having meetings in person, first aid providers are limiting their courses to 10 peopl...e and a great deal of sporting competitions are cancelled. Given that we work in health care, it imposes a far greater responsibility on us and I don’t think the risk to individual businesses is worth attending a face to face course. Some health care businesses are even losing staff for 14 days because they went out to dinner at the wrong restaurant at the wrong time. This is real and I don’t what to be responsible for the consequences suffered to someone else’s business. If anyone has paid for a course organised and run by Endless Motion, please contact me directly for a full refund or transfer of registration. At this stage I have left one course open in mid June it is likely that it will be postponed also. When this current mess is under control, please feel free to contact me and I am likely to have several courses running towards the end of the year. I have already had conferences and courses cancelled on me and I understand the frustration. I wish everyone all the best and please stay healthy, we are all responsible for flattening the curve. Best wishes Nathan

08.01.2022 Ever wondered if your stretching the post cuff or post capsule. This explains it really well. Thanks clinical edge

04.01.2022 I was at a first aid course the other day learning RICER. I like PEACE & LOVE better. It has a bit of a hippy ring to it and makes a lot of sence. https://blogs.bmj.com//soft-tissue-injuries-simply-need-p/

03.01.2022 Looks like the health care complaints commission is in action. Good work! https://www.hccc.nsw.gov.au//Ms-Liya-Rong---Breaches-of-Co
