13.01.2022 For those suggesting natural therapies or diet changes have worked for you, please note the differences between anecdotes (something that worked for one person) and data (scientific studies.). Graves’ disease often has flares and settles down with no treatment at all, so the fact that something worked for one person might be a coincidence as the disease would have settled on its own. This is why actual scientific studies are important. They have been done in Graves’ and there is no evidence that alternative treatments actually work. As for wanting to stay natural, the Graves’ disease is natural. So is cancer. Doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Stay well.
