11.01.2022 COVID-19 Practice Update: We are currently still open and treating patients as per ADA Level 3 Guidelines. We are only seeing patients requiring Urgent or Emergency dental treatment. As per the Level 3 guidelines, this includes patients with significant dental pain, usually affecting sleep, localised infection (abscess, pericoronitis, acute apical infection), tooth fracture involving the pulp, significant dental trauma (avulsion or luxation), medically necessary dental treat...ment or dental conditions that if left untreated for a significant period and may become a dental emergency in 4-6 months. Please be assured we are still adhering to the industry standard infection control procedures and additional protocols as outlined in our previous post. The health and safety of our patients, endodontists and staff members is of the utmost priority. We will provide further updates as information comes to hand.

01.01.2022 COVID-19 Information During these uncertain times due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, we would like to assure you that our practice will remain open and treating patients as long as it is safe, ethical and professional to do so. The industry standard infection control procedures we follow stringently in our surgeries and when sterilising instruments, together with additional measures we have taken, are aimed at limiting the spread of COVID-19. We are screening all of our... patients to ensure they have not travelled overseas in the past few weeks and that they are not exhibiting any symptoms of cold or flu. Patients meeting that criteria are being asked to reschedule their appointment. We have hand sanitiser at our reception desk for patients to use on arrival and all magazines, newspapers and puzzles have been removed from our waiting room. Additionally, our staff are cleaning door handles, door frames and the front desk surfaces multiple times during the day, and iPads and the Eftpos machine are being cleaned after every use. We are following guidelines recommended by the ADA (Qld) and government authorities and we will endeavour to communicate any changes to the opening hours of our practice locations promptly to ensure minimal disruption to patients and referring dentists. Please call us if you have any questions.
