21.01.2022 In getting ready for the Simpson in 2017, I have started building a new bike for the ride. This is its own journey from stock to Simpson ready weapon!

02.01.2022 Project Simpson: We have gone a little back in time to our single thumper days - importantly we both have the same bike again! 2017 will see us properly do a Simpson desert crossing and we have acquired two shiny new 690 Enduro R's ready to be built into desert weapons. It will be interesting to see how we go about the builds over the next few months - will the bikes end up the same or will we go on different paths? All I know is I cannot wait to get started on the detail!... Simpson 2017, here we come!
