24.01.2022 Is there a deeper understanding for the pain in endometriosis? There is a form of endometriosis called Silent Endo, and we dont hear much about it, because is taboo in the endometriosis medical practice, research, groups, organizations etc.. no one understands that in Silent Endometriosis there is no pain involved whatsoever, eventhough the women has even large amount of endo tissue outside the uterus, in many places in the abdomen area and there is no pain. Why?????? No on...e want to visit this syndrome mechanics, because what has been promoted and understood is the fact endo tissue outside the uterus is the cause for all the pain in endometriosis. We have been doing research in pain control for decades and we found out, the nerve system can adapt to the endo tissue outside the uterus and not be firing disturbed messages across the peripheral and central nerve system. And that mechanism can be tapped into, to also control the existent pains suffered by the endometriosis patients and obtain nerve regulation as it is written everywhere neuroplascticity is a normal function of the brain to re-set the nerve disturbed. The question is : Can we using some form of therapy or means, get the re-setting of those nerves involved in endometriosis? See more

15.01.2022 Why the Brain is not sending pain messages or receiving pain messages in the Silent Endo cases?? We should look into deeper into this type of Syndrome, where there is grade 4 endo tissue within the abdomen and no pain is experienced by the person. While some women has grade 1 or minimum amount of endo tissue and severe pain is felt. The reason the brain is not receiving or having pain messages is because the neurological environment surrounding the endo tissue outside the ute...rus has been regulated to not flare up, react to those tissues, and because that no pain signals need to be fired by the peripheral, central nerve system and brain areas. What can we learn from this? That the presence of endo tissue can be regulated by the local nerve system to not react to that type of tissue. In my opinion natural medicine can do this job. I see it all the times. This internal regulation is possible due the existent reprogramming ability of the brain to control and adjust to different situations. Example pins, screws, stainless steal rod, plates inserted in orthopedic surgery and in a great percentage no pain as in chronic. See more

08.01.2022 Reocurrence of endo tissue and pain after endometriosis removal surgery. I did a search for this and I am amazed on the percentage of reocurrence of endo tissue and pain, post surgery,, with follow up from 1 year to 5 years. You can read the study on http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.2217/whe.15.56... (To sum up, the overall recurrence rates ranges between 6 and 67% according to the criteria that is taken into consideration.... ) The above statment was taken from the study. And the procedure most prescribed and searched for the treatment of endometriosis is endo tissue retrival by laparascopic surgery. Should we have more information before we proced with standard medical approaches???? (76% of patients who have a recurrence had pain related symptoms. Those findings suggest that recurrence rates for pain and related symptoms are higher than the clinical recurrence rates detected by presence of imaging findings such as endometrioma.) Above is another statement from the study and I am amazed in the percentage of women that gets reocurrence, pain is 76% returning. Should we look deeper in what are we doing as standard and maybe make some changes for better outcome?? Would you undergo these procedures if you knew that there is a great chance of reocurrence and in that cases 76% chance of pain to return?? Is that money and time well spent?? I also read that one of the reasons reocurrence appears is due to surgeon lack of experience. Are we saying there is surgeons doing surgery without specific amount of expertise ?? Statement taken form the research study: (The experience of the surgeon is also a factor that implies the risk of recurrence. )
