02.01.2022 ***Congratulations*** So proud of my clients Rhiannon and Kirsty for coming 1st and 3rd in the 6 week summer challenge at Aqua Jetty. Rhiannon lost a massive 51cm, (16.5cms around the waist) and 8.2 kgs. Kirsty also lost 28 cm (12.5cms around the waist) and 3.9 kgs. To get these crazy results takes a lot of hard work and commitment both inside and outside of the gym. Enjoy your prizes - very well deserved!
