Life builds up on us like a stack of LEGO. Piece by piece we start to carry our own tower of built-up stress until one day we realise we are holding up such a tall tower that we are running to & fro just not to drop it. It’s exhausting and such an unhealthy strain on our minds AND bodies.... We need to make the time to de-clutter ourselves.... Even if it’s for a quick 5 minutes here and there during our day.
