06.01.2022 You can have anything you are willing to work for. Today's circuit: 5 rounds: skipping x 100, weighted squats x 20, med ball slams x 20, hip thrusters x 20 and dips x 15 for time. Skipping puts about as much impact on your joints as running. So if you are pregnant and just starting out with exercise take it easy on these and stick to body weight squats. I did 15 minutes of swimming laps afterwards for recovery. #fitpregnancy #fitness #health #workforit
