24.01.2022 Wednesday workout Inspiration brought to you today by Todd and Anne. Week in week out they give it their % when I see them for their session. They can be spotted @jettsmudgeeraba most days of the week and work through a periodised training plan that we adjust every 4-6 weeks. Consistency is such a big part of your results. Show up even when you don’t feel like it. You’ll always feel better after. Just ask Todd and Annie Keep up the great work Team

14.01.2022 So incredibly proud of these 2 champions who braved 10 x Currumbin Stairs this morning. There was trepidation throughout the week during training and a little bit of oh gosh what has she rallied us into, but nothing changes if nothing changes right! Leaving home in the rain we weren’t sure what to expect but the clouds passed and the cooler temp made it a manageable experience. It was tough but there were plenty of others braving the stairs and we were most likely the young...est ones there. Change is hard, change requires hard work, change requires commitment to do the work even when you don’t feel like it. It’s uncomfortable,but in that discomfort we overcome our made up fears and feel empowered and confident to continue challenging our belief systems and develop the confidence we didn’t think we had. 14.01.2022 Often I get asked if I train males and the answer is YES! I do have very committed male clients who are very camera shy! From the few snippets of Matt @inst.apathy that I’ve been allowed to sneak in here we can see some of his amazing progress. Matt is committed to follow the plan and execute it and enjoys the periodisation of his training plans every 4-6 weeks. He has been thorough in his food tracking but flexible in the execution and doesn’t go without. Hesitant to up car...bs the approach has worked wonders and he continues to loose weight and gain muscle weekly. And did we mention he’s 50 years young! He’s even managed to convince his wife to join him at the gym and she’s doing a fantastic job also. Matt had been a member of gyms for a number of years but wasn’t seeing results so he got in touch. I’m glad he did because it’s been a pleasure to assist him and educate him and help him switch on those posterior chain muscles ! Training has so many benefits:- ageing well maintaining and improving flexibility Helping with bone and joint health building muscles meeting new gym friends giving you confidence to try other new things outside of the gym helps you sleep better I could go on!
