25.01.2022 Nice but only 4.5mm from that cloud. Yes we are still operating.

23.01.2022 It was icy cold in Meeka today but..really?

21.01.2022 A cloud burst in Meeka 10mm in about 10mins, 15mins later all clear, then a great sunset.

20.01.2022 Did you know we have had an app for a few years, with many customers using our loyalty feature to obtain free coffee or other hot drinks. Download today, the loyalty feature is contactless, just scan a QR code at the van to keep track of your coffee purchases. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details

18.01.2022 After the rains of a few weeks ago some bush tucker is becoming available. These pictured are called Cogla or in another First Nations dialect Gulgula or Bush Banana and quite sweet although no resemblance whatsoever to a Banana.

17.01.2022 Back today only, due to customer requests

16.01.2022 If you missed out before, have ordered extra of your favourites, Black Forest cake and Jam & Cream Donut. Closing around 9pm tonight.

16.01.2022 A new recruit learning how to put one of our burgers together - they're still a little green though.

15.01.2022 Need toilet paper, shelves here at Farmer Jacks in Meekatharra are full and i am sure they would love to sell out as plenty more where they came from. If you do fancy a drive, drop in to our food van and say g'day and grab some great food and coffee.

14.01.2022 Thanks Dutjahn for the Sandalwood hand sanitiser. Well done, please support this local Indigenous company.

13.01.2022 Our holiday helpers, having a lunch break.

11.01.2022 For Meekatharra locals If you would like some HOT CROSS BUNS made by the Aussie Bakery in Geraldton please place your ORDER TODAY BY 2PM and they will be available when we open on Sunday at 10am. $6.50 per pack of 6. Payment with order and can be accepted over the phone.

10.01.2022 The July school holidays are traditionally our 2 busiest weeks of the year and this year has been no exception. In actual fact this year has been our 2 busiest weeks in our 7 years of operation. Thanks to our 2 daughters who have helped in the van but more importantly to all our returning customers and the many new ones.

10.01.2022 As the clouds finally leave Meeka, the trucks can't and are still waiting for the highway north to open.

09.01.2022 Our nearly normal hours over Easter however we may close earlier at night if necessary.

09.01.2022 Thanks for the rain ex cyclone Damo, Great Northern Highway north from Meeka closed. Truckies unhitching and dropping in for coffee and food, probably for the next couple of days.

06.01.2022 Due to the high wind from the North we have turned the van around, so nice green scenery today.

06.01.2022 A BIG thank you to all our customers who have continued to support us during the restrictions of the last 3 months. While not back to the past normal we are at a new normal and have been better placed than many others who had to close. While we have always practiced good hygiene practices these have been ramped up and will continue at a heightened level. Thanks again and see you all for more great coffee and fresh made food.

05.01.2022 Oh NOOOOO for the first time in our 7 years of operation we wont be able to serve coffee today Thursday 20 August as our coffee machines heating element has blown and our backup machine is in Perth. However will be able to serve our excellent coffee again from Monday. So sorry. We will still be able to continue to provide our great food as always. Please note though that we will be closed from Friday 21st until Monday 24th August.

05.01.2022 Under the current conditions maybe its time to now get out of the congestion of the cities and start a new life in a country town.

04.01.2022 Was really needed to have a few extra hands to help during the first week of the school holidays, even if they had to work on uni assignments between customers. Thanks Kanika & Sarina

03.01.2022 Found outside the van today

02.01.2022 It's great to see the tourists are coming back after the forced hibernation. Casey Tours are on the road again and dropped in for morning tea with a group of 15 on their way to the worlds largest rock, Mt Augustus. Thanks and safe travels.

01.01.2022 7 FIFO workers got stranded for 4 hours at the Meeka airport today which is about 5km from town and they were hungry so they rang up and ordered and we delivered - very happy customers.

01.01.2022 Woohoo, thanks to all our customers and of course to the one and only Kheann (our Master Chef) who puts love into all our food.
